Accreditation
We are dedicated to continuously improving the quality of our care, measured against national standards of excellence. We were awarded the Accreditation Primer Award by Accreditation Canada, which accredits hospitals and other healthcare organizations across Canada. The surveyors said:
“The organization is proud of its contribution to the community, the clients and families, and of the work done each day. The staff are supportive of each other and are happy to come to work. The board, leadership and management understand the challenges of the sector and of the frontline workers and volunteers. They are committed to supporting the work that is done in the field by removing barriers, addressing issues, and supporting ongoing learning.”
