Funders

We receive funding from government and organizations who support the health and well-being of seniors in our community, especially those at higher risk due to isolation, frailty and disability, and low income.

Ontario Health East

Ontario Health East is one of Ontario Health’s six geographic regions. This region serves nearly 3.7 million people who live in diverse urban and rural communities, from Scarborough to Deep River to Hawkesbury. Ontario Health regions work with local community and health care partners to improve patient experience, population health outcomes and provider experience. United Way of Greater Toronto

The United Way of Greater Toronto supports a network of health and social service organizations across Toronto that improve peoples' lives, create stronger neighbourhoods and address systemic issues.

Ontario Trillium Foundation

The Ontario Trillium Foundation, one of Canada’s leading grantmaking foundations, is an agency of the Government of Ontario, and gives grants for community-based initiatives.

TransCare Community Support Services is a past recipient of the OTF's one-time capital grants. These much-needed one-time fundings have proved to enhance our capacity to deliver home and community support services to seniors in our community. TransCare expresses our sincere gratitude to the Ontario Trillium Foundation for their continuous support in demonstrating to the seniors that our community cares.
