Accreditation
TransCare Community Support Services is dedicated to continuously improving the quality of our care, measured against national standards of excellence. In June 2022, TransCare went through an accreditation survey process and we were awarded the designation of ““Accredited with Exemplary Standing” from Accreditation Canada, the highest designation attainable. Accreditation with Exemplary Standing is awarded to an organization that attains the highest level of performance, achieving excellence in meeting the requirements of the accreditation program. Accreditation Canada is a not-for-profit, independent organization that accredits hospitals and other healthcare organizations across Canada. This is a proud moment for all of us at TransCare. We continue to hold our heads up high and will continue to strive for better for the next survey!
